Exeter City Council and Devon County Council present an event for Holocaust Memorial Day 2018

Inherit the Truth:

an evening of words and music reflecting the events of the Holocaust, with Raphael Wallfisch and Anita Lasker-Wallfisch

Anita Lasker-Wallfisch, one of the few surviving members of the Women’s Orchestra in Auschwitz, will speak about whether art can survive the of worst human atrocities

Raphael Wallfisch is Anita’s son and a celebrated musician. He will play a recital of evocative and sublime cello music, influenced by his Jewish heritage
